Hoop Grids
Hoop Grids is a daily quiz game in which players have to name a basketball player who meets the standards listed in the rows and columns of the grid. The game is driven by Sports Reference, a collection of sports groups and events.
The four statistics accomplishments in the game are making the All-Defensive Team, getting 1,000 blocks in a career, scoring 50 points in a game, and getting 10 assists in a game. Depending on the group, the grids range in size from 3x3 to 5x5. In the rows and columns of the grid, you may find clues like team names, places, years, and data. The player has a maximum of nine guesses to fill in the grid with the name of the player who best fits the facts. The player wins the game if he or she gets all of the names right, and the result may be shared online. If a player gets wrong or runs out of guesses, the game is over. They can try again the next day.
